My mom started making it recently and I’m happy she passed it along because it’s so easy.
And it tastes just like Thanksgiving dinner in a pan!
Stovetop always reminds me of my roommate Katie because she eats it out of the can with ranch.
Seems nasty but is weirdly good.
You place chicken or turkey on the bottom of the pan.
Then two cans of cream of chicken soup and one bag of cheese mixed together.
Top off the mixture with two bags of broccoli florets.
Mix two boxes of stove top with 2 cups of hot water in a separate bowl. Let sit and then add to the top of casserole.
I’d cook in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
Side with a pretzel roll!
